Janice joined RRTN in 2023 as Staff Attorney and became Senior Staff Attorney in 2025. She provides pro bono legal services to low-income Davidson County residents facing eviction and housing disputes. 

Janice received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Germanic Studies, and Political Science from Indiana University and her J.D. from New York University School of Law. Before joining RRTN, Janice specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and security law matters, and venture capital financing. 

In addition, Janice served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and provided pro bono legal services for immigration and asylum cases, including U-Visas and VAWA self-petitions.

Janice spends her free time with family, traveling, picking up niche hobbies, or solving puzzles in escape rooms. She is an expert candle maker, an advanced scuba diver, a beginner drummer, and a GoldenEye 007 champion!
